Quick Creamed Peas

10 oz.frozen green peas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sour cream
1 chopped green onion

Cook 1 package (10 oz.) frozen green peas according to directions. Drain. Add 1 cup
shredded lettuce; return to heat and cook just until lettuce is wilted. Add 1/4 cup sour
cream and 1 chopped green onion. Toss and serve immediately.

Serves 4.
