1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 can (4oz) green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease cookie sheet. Add Bisquick, sour cream, egg, chilies until well blended. Add cheese and stir until well mixed.

Place on greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls and place 2 inches apart. Bake until golden brown or 10-12 minutes.

Serve warm.
